Meet Adam Hare, Esq. Attorney

Adam Hare brings substantial experience from both sides of medical malpractice litigation to his representation of families affected by birth injuries and medical negligence. He focuses his practice on helping injured patients and their families pursue accountability and recovery, drawing on nearly a decade of prior defense experience that gives him valuable insight into how hospitals and insurance companies evaluate and defend these cases.
Adam graduated cum laude from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law in 2015. After law school, he clerked for the Chief Judge of the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, Maryland. He is licensed to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia, is admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and expects to be admitted in Minnesota this year.
Adam has handled medical malpractice cases from intake through trial and appeal and has served as first chair in two Maryland trials. His approach includes detailed legal research, preparation of expert designation statements, and close collaboration with medical experts to develop the strongest possible cases for his clients.
Before moving to plaintiff-side work, Adam achieved a 93% success rate in more than 100 medical malpractice defense cases. That experience gave him a strong understanding of defense strategy, how insurance companies value cases, and how the defense prepares for trial. He is particularly skilled at preparing expert witnesses for deposition and trial, drafting persuasive motions, and managing the demanding details of complex medical malpractice litigation.
Clients value Adam’s ability to explain complicated medical and legal issues clearly, his collaborative approach, and his thoughtful advocacy. He understands that behind every case is a family seeking answers, accountability, and the resources to move forward after a preventable injury has changed their lives.
