Meet Gregory Kirby, Esq. Attorney

Greg Kirby has been a civil litigator for more than two decades. While he began his career representing doctors and hospitals in medical malpractice cases, he now helps families and children who have suffered injuries—especially birth injuries—as a result of medical negligence.
Greg works hard for his clients to hold health care providers accountable for their actions and to obtain a recovery so that injured children and their families can finally get the help they need. Greg takes pride not only in being an advocate for his clients but also in guiding them through the litigation process, which often seems overwhelming to families who have waited far too long to get the justice they deserve. Greg’s prior experience representing large medical institutions and doctors gives him a unique perspective on the strategies they and their insurance companies use. This helps him obtain the best results possible.
Licensed to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia, Greg has handled hundreds of cases in state and federal courts. He has also represented clients on a case-by-case basis in many other courts around the country. Greg has guided dozens of cases to large settlements or sizable verdicts. He has also authored briefs and successfully defended multiple verdicts on appeal after health care providers lost at trial.
In his spare time, Greg enjoys playing and watching sports, spending time with his family, and living life to the fullest. He has been a longtime youth sports coach. Seeing his players grow over the years has made him want to fight even harder for others whose lives have been changed by injuries that should never have happened. If you have questions and need answers, Greg is always willing to listen.
